RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. In case you receive a faulty item we are happy to offer a free replacement or issue you a full refund of your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. Request your return by emailing support@blackdop.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
  3. To assure your return product please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  4. If your return is accepted, we will send it back with a new product to your address without restocking fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds Policy

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

Exceptions: We're not able to accept returns in case the wrong size is ordered or you changed your mind after your order has been processed. Please make sure you want the item and choose the correct size before placing your order!

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
