How do I create an account?

  • Open Blackdop.com
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Register"
  • You will receive confirmation email containing username and password.
  • To log in open Blackdop.com and click "Sign In".
  • Insert your Email Address and Password on "Sign in".
  • Click "Sign In".
  • You have logged in.

How do I order?

  • Open Blackdop.com
  • Create account or log in with your existing account.
  • Choose product on category page.
  • Click "Add to Cart"
  • Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  • You will be at billing address page, if the address ok, click "NEXT" but if you want to change you address, click "EDIT" then click "NEXT".
  • Select payment PayPal Checkout then click "NEXT"
  • Order process finish
  • You will receive an email confirming your order
  • Make sure when you do the transfer, the amount is the same as the determined price

How to track my order?

After ordering a product, you will receive ( 1 to 2 days) a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to our Order Tracking page and enter your order number. It may take a while update.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will get a successful purchase confirmation email. Next, we will immediately process your order and the tracking number will immediately be updated to your email.

How do I change an incorrect address?

If you've already completed your purchase but need to make a change to your address or shipping details, please Contact Us as soon as possible to let us know.

If the product has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to your order. If possible, try to collect your item from the address used at checkout.

How do I cancel a purchase?

We understand that there may be times when orders need to be canceled. Buyers can request a cancellation long as they haven't yet shipped the item or during the handling time process.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accepts multiple methods of payment to make the ordering process as easy as possible, including PayPal and Debit or Credit Card (Master Card, Discover, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club). You can check Payment Method page.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you've received a faulty item.

Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Don’t forget to select 'Faulty' when asked for a reason for your return. Find more information on Returns and Refund Policy page. If you’re not able to create a return, please get in touch with our Contact team as we'd be happy to help.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days to United States and 6 to 12 business days to Canada, Australia and Worldwide shipping time.

Sometimes packages do get lost, although this very rare.

If more than a month to passed and you still have not received your order, please Contact Us again at support@blackdop.com to let us know and we will be happy to resend your order for free.
