DMCA Policy

At blackdop.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and partners to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear and valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices and take appropriate action under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, then you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by providing our designated agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf

• We identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

• Identify the material that someone claims is infringing, and provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL)

• Your contact information, including full name, address, phone number, and email address

• You have a good faith belief that the copyright owner, its agent, or the law does not authorize the use of the material

• You must provide a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

2. Submitting a DMCA Notice

Please allow up to 7 business days for a response. Misuse of this process may result in legal consequences.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that someone mistakenly or incorrectly removed or disabled your content, you may send a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
