❌ Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order:

Orders that have already entered processing cannot be canceled
❓ Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Wait 24 hours in case it arrives later.
- Contact your local USPS office for support.
- Then, email us at support@blackdop.com and we'll help further.
Still missing? If you officially declare your package lost, reach out to us with your order number. We'll either resend your order or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
